Users not willing to disclose personal information can also use this App by skipping the registration process and moving inside as a Guest User.

  5. This App also features a listing of users name, location and photo on the basis of duration of meditation done and this list does not share any contact information of the user.

  1. App does not share/ does not sell user personal data and sensitive user data with anyone else in any condition.

  3. We disclose your information to payment processors in order to receive payment for the use of our Platform, such as cc avenue.

This Policy explains how Preksha International processes all received payments and steps to refund the payments in case requested by User.

If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Policy whenever you order/ make payment for our Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Refund/ Cancellation of Orders:

If you have successfully paid towards our services and wish to get refund for the same, please note below important points:

  • Refund request may be initiated via email on contact@preksha.com with clear mention of your Payment Order Number
  • You are entitled for Refund of payment only if the date of service/ camp for which you are paying is 15days or more.
  • No refund admissible for last minute payment to event/ Camps registration as all events/ camps requires significant arrangements and prior bookings
  • You may submit request to transfer payment via email for next event instead of cancellation only 7 days prior to event date
  • You may initiate Order/ Payment cancellation only if event date for which payment is made by you is 15days or more ahead.
  • No Cancellation/ Refund allowed if payment made falls within 15days of event date.
